I was hired as a senior developer into a team of 2 frontend developers, over the next 5 years I build the team to 25 frontend developers split across 4 teams (including 1 team based in London) supporting an equally large software development team.

Working out of the Prestbury offce in a team of 3 developers taking concepts supplied by the creative team from Photoshop documents though to deployment. Using the latest technologies to produce anything from a lightweight microsite to heavyweight online applications.

• In March 2009 McCann Erickson opened a satellite in the city centre of Manchester called Metro. I was moved to this offce to drive innovation and work on projects more suited to a city centre offce.
